Chris came out to do the carpets in our house, on time and very polite. He answered all our questions about future carpet care very informatively and thoughly. The carpets were cleaned to an exceptional standard and they looked like brand new carpets and smelt fresh. He also cleaned our tiles and gave us information on them as we were unaware how often they should be cleaned to keep them in good condition, they also look great now and will last a lot longer for the clean.
